- Design and develop innovative technology for use in robotic-assisted surgery.
- Conduct research and gather data to support the development of new surgical procedures and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address clinical needs and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in all aspects of research and development.
- Analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for improvements.
- Write and publish research papers and present findings at conferences and other events.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinicians to gain insights and feedback on product development.
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

- Mentor and train other team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop materials and tools to educate and promote products to potential customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of all research activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Research Or Medical Device Engineering Role.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Methodologies, Including Study Design, Data Collection, And Statistical Analysis.
Experience With Medical Device Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
