  1. Develop and maintain an efficient and organized data management system to support the development and delivery of medical devices.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical data management.
  3. Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of clinical data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and develop strategies for data collection, storage, and analysis.
  5. Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  6. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for data management processes.
  7. Train and support team members on data management processes and systems.
  8. Monitor and track data management timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for data management related activities.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and make recommendations for implementation.
  12. Communicate data management updates and progress to upper management.
  13. Participate in audits and inspections related to data management processes.
  14. Manage and maintain databases and electronic data capture systems.
  15. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all clinical data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Statistics, Or Healthcare Informatics.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Data Management Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Clinical Data Management Systems, Such As Medidata Rave Or Oracle Clinical.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Ich-Gcp Guidelines, And Other Relevant Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Data Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
