- Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other supplemental benefits.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure our benefits program remains competitive and compliant.
- Conduct analysis of benefits data and provide recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures.
- Communicate with employees regarding their benefits, including enrollment, changes, and questions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related information.
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and negotiate contracts and rates.
- Develop and maintain benefit communication materials and resources for employees.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new employee benefits programs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on benefit-related issues and concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in employee benefits to continuously improve our program.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and address employee satisfaction and retention as it relates to benefits.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to stay informed of best practices and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Healthcare Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Aca.
Experience With Benefits Plan Design, Implementation, And Communication.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Cost-Effective Benefit Solutions.
