We’re looking for a brilliant and experienced Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join our Intercom team and help us create the world’s most intuitive and powerful artificial intelligence products. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers, engineers, and product managers to develop cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models that will revolutionize how people interact with technology.To be successful in this role, you’ll need deep expertise in machine learning, with a proven track record of creating high-performing and efficient models. Ideally, you should have experience with a wide range of ML approaches, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning, and be comfortable with designing and deploying ML models in production. You should also be comfortable with coding in Python, and familiar with the most popular ML libraries.In addition to your technical skills, you should have a passion for problem solving and be eager to learn new technologies.
