  1. Conduct yield failure analysis on semiconductor products to identify root causes of failures.
  2. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to troubleshoot and solve complex yield issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process, and product engineering to identify and implement solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of yield analysis methods, results, and recommendations.
  6. Participate in yield improvement projects and provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
  7. Utilize statistical analysis and data mining tools to identify trends and patterns in yield data.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze yield data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase yield and reduce costs.
  10. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working in a cleanroom environment.
  13. Train and mentor junior engineers on yield analysis techniques and methodologies.
  14. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses and reports.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of yield analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Semiconductor Yield Failure Analysis, Preferably At A High-Tech Company Such As Intel.

  • Strong Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Methods, Including Jmp Or Other Relevant Software Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Advanced Failure Analysis Techniques Such As Fib, Sem, Tem, And X-Ray, As Well As Familiarity With Yield Enhancement And Process Development.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, As Well As Communicate Technical Information Effectively To Cross-Functional Teams.
