- Manage and oversee the WorkDay Human Capital Management system for Intel, ensuring its efficient and effective use across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the WorkDay HCM system and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs related to HCM.
- Continuously monitor and troubleshoot the WorkDay system to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices related to HCM and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Train and support HR and other employees on how to use the WorkDay system effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the WorkDay system, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Conduct regular audits of the WorkDay system to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between Intel and WorkDay support teams for any technical issues or system updates.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new features and enhancements to the WorkDay system.
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides for the WorkDay system.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of the WorkDay system to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on WorkDay system updates, communicate changes to relevant teams, and coordinate necessary training.
- Lead and mentor a team of HCM specialists to ensure efficient and effective management of the WorkDay system.
- Constantly seek out opportunities to improve and streamline HCM processes and procedures within Intel.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience Specifically In Managing Workday Hcm.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Workday Hcm Modules, Including Core Hr, Talent Management, Compensation, And Benefits.
Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Prior Experience In A Technology Or Manufacturing Industry Is Preferred, With A Good Understanding Of Intel's Business Operations And Hr Practices.
