  1. Manage and oversee the WorkDay Human Capital Management system for Intel, ensuring its efficient and effective use across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the WorkDay HCM system and improve employee experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs related to HCM.
  4. Continuously monitor and troubleshoot the WorkDay system to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
  5. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices related to HCM and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Train and support HR and other employees on how to use the WorkDay system effectively.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the WorkDay system, ensuring data integrity and security.
  8. Conduct regular audits of the WorkDay system to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Act as a liaison between Intel and WorkDay support teams for any technical issues or system updates.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new features and enhancements to the WorkDay system.
  11. Create and maintain documentation and user guides for the WorkDay system.
  12. Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of the WorkDay system to relevant stakeholders.
  13. Stay updated on WorkDay system updates, communicate changes to relevant teams, and coordinate necessary training.
  14. Lead and mentor a team of HCM specialists to ensure efficient and effective management of the WorkDay system.
  15. Constantly seek out opportunities to improve and streamline HCM processes and procedures within Intel.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience Specifically In Managing Workday Hcm.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Workday Hcm Modules, Including Core Hr, Talent Management, Compensation, And Benefits.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Prior Experience In A Technology Or Manufacturing Industry Is Preferred, With A Good Understanding Of Intel's Business Operations And Hr Practices.
