Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Wafer Assembly Module Development, Preferably In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Proficient In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, For Designing And Modeling Wafer Assembly Modules.
Strong Understanding Of Wafer Fabrication Processes And Equipment, Including Wire Bonding, Die Attachment, And Encapsulation.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Wafer Assembly Processes To Improve Yield And Efficiency.
