Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Wafer Assembly Module Development, Preferably In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficient In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, For Designing And Modeling Wafer Assembly Modules.

  • Strong Understanding Of Wafer Fabrication Processes And Equipment, Including Wire Bonding, Die Attachment, And Encapsulation.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Wafer Assembly Processes To Improve Yield And Efficiency.
