1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the global construction and facilities supply chain operations for Intel, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of construction and facilities services to support the company's business objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure reliable and high-quality service delivery.
4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
7. Stay informed of industry trends and developments in supply chain management, construction, and facilities management to ensure Intel remains at the forefront of innovation.
8. Develop and manage the CFSC budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures related to supply chain management, construction, and facilities services.
10. Represent Intel at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and network with potential partners and suppliers.
11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the CFSC team, encouraging new ideas and initiatives.
12. Collaborate with other senior leaders within Intel to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
13. Communicate regularly with executive leadership to provide updates on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
14. Serve as a role model for Intel's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
15. Travel as required to oversee construction and facilities projects and meet with suppliers and partners.
