  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for utility services in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and engage with potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and service for utility procurement.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with utility suppliers to optimize cost savings and mitigate risks.
  4. Monitor and analyze utility markets, trends, and pricing to inform procurement decisions and strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with utility suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and operations, to understand and anticipate utility needs.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and audits of utility contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures related to utility services.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to utility procurement.
  10. Train and mentor junior procurement team members on best practices for utility procurement.
  11. Communicate and report on procurement activities, performance, and cost savings to stakeholders.
  12. Identify and implement innovative solutions for improving efficiency and effectiveness of utility procurement processes.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of utility suppliers to ensure adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to utility procurement.
  15. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in utility procurement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Utilities Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience In Managing Contracts With Utility Providers.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Market Trends And Regulations, As Well As Sustainability Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
