Technology Development Material Handling Systems Engineer

The Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) product owner is responsible for sustaining the AMHS system for Intel's Development factories. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues performance metrics gathering and analysis working closely with Field Service Engineers FSEs on the manufacturing floor to resolve system issues providing direction to FSEs leading root cause analysis and Task Forces to drive resolution to equipment issues and providing oncall coverage as needed. In addition, the AMHS product owner is responsible for leading equipment continuous improvement projects with stakeholders (Intel's supplier management and AMHS suppliers and managing implementation and documentation). The product owner will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with the factory on equipment downtime and recovery expectations.
