  1. Develop and implement sustainable strategies across all global operations of Intel.
  2. Monitor and track sustainability metrics and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to continuously improve Intel's sustainability initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business processes and operations.
  5. Identify and prioritize sustainability opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of sustainability programs and initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to further Intel's sustainability goals.
  8. Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders.
  9. Create and deliver presentations to educate and engage employees on sustainability initiatives and progress.
  10. Collaborate with communications team to develop messaging and materials to effectively communicate sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant sustainability regulations and standards.
  12. Manage budgets and resources for sustainability programs.
  13. Act as a sustainability ambassador for Intel, promoting the company's commitment to sustainability both internally and externally.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the sustainability program to drive positive impact and meet company goals.
  15. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sustainability Principles And Practices: A Sustainability Program Manager At Intel Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Concepts, Including Environmental, Social, And Economic Dimensions. They Should Also Be Familiar With Relevant Regulations And Reporting Frameworks.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Plan, Organize, And Execute Sustainability Initiatives On A Global Scale. They Should Be Able To Set Goals, Monitor Progress, And Manage Resources Efficiently To Achieve Desired Outcomes.

  • Experience In Sustainable Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Implementing Sustainability Programs Within Large Organizations, Preferably In The Technology Sector. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Identify And Address Sustainability Issues Specific To The Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Sustainability Program Manager, Effective Communication Is Key In Engaging And Collaborating With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Employees, And Community Partners. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Delivering Presentations, Reports, And Other Communication Materials.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Successful Sustainability Program Manager Should Be Able To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Data To Identify Areas For Improvement And Make Data-Driven Recommendations. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate And Address Potential Roadblocks And Develop Creative Solutions To Achieve Sustainability Goals.
