In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our global responsible minerals program, ensuring compliance with ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.   1. Develop and implement responsible mineral sourcing policies and procedures for Intel's global supply chain.
  2. Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainable sourcing practices in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and industry organizations to drive responsible mineral sourcing initiatives.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify and address any potential risks related to responsible mineral sourcing.
  5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the responsible minerals program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Communicate and educate internal and external stakeholders on responsible mineral sourcing practices and the importance of ethical supply chain management.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to responsible mineral sourcing and incorporate best practices into the program.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their understanding and commitment to responsible mineral sourcing.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible mineral sourcing into other supply chain processes and initiatives.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on the responsible minerals program to share with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  11. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in responsible mineral sourcing, and lead the implementation of new initiatives.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on responsible mineral sourcing within the organization, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Responsible Sourcing Of Minerals

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Responsible Minerals Sourcing, Including Conflict Minerals And Responsible Sourcing Initiatives

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders To Implement Responsible Minerals Sourcing Strategies.
