Supply Chain Ramp Program Manager

Clearly and concisely communicating critical ramp focus areas to GSEM management and the whole supply chain organization. Collaborating across the supply chain to resolve all ramp -related escalations (OEM and non-OEM: deliveries, supplier labor, conversion status, IQ/delivery related MQIs). Representing GSEM in Task Forces, Program Meetings, and other critical ramp meetings and providing offline updates to Site Program Managers, Factory Managers and GMs as needed. Driving supply chain process and system improvements to enable multiple, overlapping ramps spread across the globe. Identification and creation of critical success indicators to grade and track progress in Intel's ramp performance. Development and full implementation of an improvement roadmap to close gaps to critical success indicators.
