
Supply Chain Materials Planning Analyst - Temporary Position

- Analyze and forecast materials demand to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of materials.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand material requirements and develop effective supply chain strategies.
- Monitor and track materials availability and delivery schedules to meet production needs.
- Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions that may impact production.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials inventory and purchases.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively plan for potential changes in supply and demand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain best practices.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on supply chain performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to supply chain management.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate supply chain processes to identify and implement process improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members on supply chain processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of materials costs.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Materials Management, Or Inventory Control.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
