Subcontracts Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Subcontracts Manager to join Intel's Contracts and Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontracts and other agreements with our suppliers and vendors. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that subcontracts are negotiated and executed in accordance with Intel's policies and procedures.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. They will have a strong understanding and knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, and related legal concepts. We are looking for someone with a collaborative spirit who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also have a passion for staying current with changes in the legal and procurement landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontracts and other agreements with suppliers and vendors in accordance with Intel's policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate and execute contracts and subcontracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in the legal and procurement landscape and implement necessary changes.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on subcontracts and other agreements.
• Manage the risk associated with subcontracts and other agreements.
• Prepare and review reports related to subcontracts and other agreements.
• Analyze and resolve subcontracts-related issues.
• Utilize effective problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
