Subcontracts Manager

An ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal teams and external vendors is essential to success in this role.To be considered, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in contract management and/or procurement. A Master’s degree and/or professional certification in a related field is preferred. Responsibilities of the Subcontracts Manager:

1. Procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Develop and maintain subcontracting agreements with external vendors.
3. Manage all subcontractor relationships on an ongoing basis.
4. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with subcontractors.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Monitor subcontractor performance and provide feedback as needed.
7. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
8. Analyze and assess subcontractor proposals.
9. Prepare and submit reports to management on subcontractor activities.
10. Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
