  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with Intel's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve Intel's bottom line.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes.
  6. Conduct regular cost and risk analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and mitigate any potential risks to Intel's supply chain.
  7. Lead and manage sourcing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  8. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to sourcing and procurement.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency in sourcing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain And Sourcing Strategies.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Negotiating Contracts And Managing Supplier Relationships.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Drive Continuous Improvement.
