  1. Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including purchasing, storing, and tracking of materials and finished goods.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels and manufacturing data.
  4. Analyze inventory data and provide insights for process improvements.
  5. Lead a team of professionals in inventory management and manufacturing reporting.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and profitability.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and manufacturing reporting.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  10. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve inventory management processes.
  11. Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management on inventory status, trends, and forecasts.
  13. Set and track inventory management KPIs and develop action plans to meet targets.
  14. Ensure compliance with all inventory-related regulations and standards.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Inventory Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Inventory For A Large Manufacturing Company. This Includes Experience In Forecasting, Planning, And Implementing Inventory Control Processes.
