- Analyze and evaluate complex business systems and processes within the global supply chain to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of system changes and enhancements.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of supply chain systems.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to supply chain systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes and systems.
- Lead and/or participate in project teams, providing guidance and expertise on supply chain systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and user guides.
- Train and mentor junior team members on supply chain systems and processes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues within supply chain systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of supply chain processes through data analysis and performance metrics.
- Participate in the development and implementation of overall IT strategies and initiatives.

Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: A Sr. Business Systems Analyst At Intel Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Optimizing Supply Chain Systems In A Large-Scale Organization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Sr. Business Systems Analyst At Intel Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In Supply Chain Operations. They Should Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Develop Innovative Solutions To Business Challenges.
In-Depth Knowledge Of It Systems: A Sr. Business Systems Analyst Must Have A Strong Technical Background, With A Thorough Understanding Of It Systems And Applications Used In Supply Chain Management. This Includes Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (Wms), And Other Supply Chain Software.
Project Management Experience: As A Senior Member Of The Team, A Sr. Business Systems Analyst Is Expected To Lead And Manage Projects Related To Supply Chain It Systems. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget, While Ensuring High-Quality Results.
