  1. Develop and maintain firmware validation plans and strategies for Intel's latest SOC products.
  2. Lead a team of engineers in the execution of firmware validation activities.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of SOC firmware to ensure functionality, performance, and quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any firmware issues or bugs.
  5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers in the team.
  6. Continuously improve and optimize firmware validation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in firmware engineering and incorporate them into the validation process.
  8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on firmware validation progress and any potential issues.
  9. Work closely with the firmware development team to understand and provide input on firmware design and architecture.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation for firmware validation procedures and results.
  11. Drive innovation and suggest new ideas to improve the overall quality and performance of Intel's SOC products.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
  13. Take ownership of firmware validation projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  14. Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  15. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential firmware issues.
  16. Identify and implement automation tools to streamline firmware validation processes.
  17. Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions with the team to enhance their skills and expertise.
  18. Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential risks and issues in the firmware validation process.
  19. Represent Intel at industry events and conferences to showcase our firmware validation capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Firmware Development And Validation, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Embedded Systems And Firmware Development Processes.

  • Experience Leading A Team Of Firmware Engineers And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Scripting Languages And Software Development Tools Such As C/C++, Python, And Jtag Debuggers.
