- Conduct power and thermal validation tests on SoC designs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with design teams to identify and resolve any power or thermal-related issues in the early stages of development.
- Analyze and interpret data from power and thermal measurements to provide insights and recommendations for design improvements.
- Develop and maintain test plans and methodologies for power and thermal validation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power and thermal management techniques to continually improve Intel's designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality SoC designs.
- Communicate and present power and thermal validation results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of power and thermal validation processes.
- Collaborate with external partners or vendors to leverage their expertise and incorporate their solutions into Intel's designs.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C/C++, Python, And Perl.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Soc Power And Thermal Performance Validation And Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Power And Thermal Management Techniques For Soc Designs.
Experience With Industry Standard Tools And Methodologies For Power And Thermal Analysis, Such As Powerartist, Primepower, And Hotspot.
