Job Description

As a SOC Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security analysts to proactively detect and respond to potential security threats.   1. Lead and manage a team of security analysts to ensure the security and stability of Intel's systems.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to proactively detect and respond to potential security threats.
  3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously enhance Intel's security posture.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Oversee the development and maintenance of incident response plans and procedures.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for security incidents, including leading investigations and coordinating response efforts.
  9. Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and other data sources to identify and investigate potential security incidents.
  10. Generate and present regular reports on the security status of Intel's systems to senior management.
  11. Foster a culture of security awareness and promote proactive security practices across the organization.
  12. Collaborate with external security partners and vendors to enhance Intel's security capabilities.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve SOC processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay informed about emerging security threats and best practices.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including security policies, and ensure that team members do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading A Soc Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Mitigating And Responding To Security Incidents.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, And Incident Response Processes And Procedures.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Network And System Security, Including Experience With Siem Tools, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vulnerability Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Relevant Security Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Security Operations.
