- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, architecture, and software to develop comprehensive verification plans.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to create and execute tests, debug failures, and report results.
- Identify and document design issues, provide analysis and recommendations to resolve them.
- Continuously improve and optimize verification processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in chip design and verification.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management to provide updates on verification progress and any potential roadblocks.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all verification tasks.
- Participate in design reviews and offer insights and suggestions for improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, including test plans and reports.
- Work with external partners and vendors to ensure successful integration of their components into the overall system-on-chip design.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify and address potential issues or gaps in the verification process.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the verification process.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior verification engineers, as needed.
- Adhere to company and industry best practices for verification and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Perl, Python, Or Tcl.
Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture And Microarchitecture Concepts.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Design Verification.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Verification Methodologies Such As Uvm And Systemverilog.
