1. Analyze and evaluate supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
3. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operations are meeting or exceeding goals and targets.
4. Develop and maintain data-driven reports and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain operations and identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Identify and implement process automation opportunities to streamline and optimize supply chain operations.
6. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure timely execution of processes.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Support the implementation of new supply chain systems and processes, and provide training and support to team members.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve and innovate supply chain operations.
10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business growth and success.
