Site Services Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Site Services Specialist to join Intel’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all facilities and maintenance services are delivered efficiently and effectively to our customers. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a facilities or maintenance role and a proven ability to execute services in a timely and efficient manner. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
3. Ensure all facilities and maintenance services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery of services.
6. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date records system for all facilities and maintenance services.
7. Monitor and review the performance of service providers to ensure that they are delivering services in accordance with agreed standards.
8. Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure all services are delivered to the required specifications.
9. Ensure all relevant equipment is regularly serviced and maintained.
10. Monitor and order any supplies needed for the operation of the site services.
11. Coordinate the delivery of any additional services required.
12. Liaise with other departments to ensure all teams are working in harmony.
13. Maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
