  1. Develop and implement wafer level test strategies and procedures for silicon photonics devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and optimize test processes for new products.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug test equipment and processes to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential issues and suggest improvements.
  5. Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into test processes.
  7. Contribute to the design and development of new silicon photonics products.
  8. Work closely with engineers and scientists to optimize device performance and yield.
  9. Communicate test results and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve test processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Follow all safety and quality standards in the testing process.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and provide technical expertise and insights.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers on testing procedures and techniques.

  15. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of test processes and results.
  16. Contribute to the development of intellectual property through patent applications and publications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Wafer Level Testing And Characterization For Silicon Photonics Devices.

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, C++, And Labview For Test Automation And Data Analysis.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standard Test Equipment Such As Optical Spectrum Analyzers, Wafer Probers, And High-Speed Oscilloscopes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Wafer Fabrication Processes And Device Physics For Silicon Photonics Technology.
