- Design and execute tests to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to optimize validation processes
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of validation procedures and results
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in validation techniques and best practices
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Validation Of Complex Digital Systems, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standard Validation Methodologies And Tools, Such As Uvm And Systemverilog.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Validation Projects From Concept To Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
