Senior Technical Program Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, software engineering, and/or hardware engineering, and a passion for problem-solving. Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor progress and proactively identify potential risks or issues
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and activities to ensure project completion
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers
• Develop and deliver presentations to provide updates on project progress
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and other project deliverables
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical and operational guidance to project team members
