  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive positive change and transformation within the organization.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and design solutions to address them.
  3. Conduct assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  4. Lead and facilitate organization development initiatives, such as change management efforts, team building, and leadership development programs.
  5. Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure alignment of organization development initiatives with overall HR strategies and goals.
  6. Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive successful implementation of organization development initiatives.
  7. Utilize data and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of organization development interventions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organization development and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Coach and mentor leaders and employees on organization development principles and practices.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all organization development related matters.
  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and successful completion.
  12. Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's long-term talent management and succession planning strategy.
  13. Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in the implementation of organization development initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when necessary to support organization development initiatives.
  15. Contribute to the overall culture of the organization by promoting a positive and engaged workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Organizational Development, Preferably In A Large And Complex Organization.

  • Advanced Degree In Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Practical Experience With Change Management Methodologies, Organizational Design, And Talent Development Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Large-Scale Organizational Development Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
