  1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to amplify the voices of Intel's executives and drive the company's overall communication objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals to deliver high-quality and impactful communication initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with executive leaders to understand their communication needs and develop tailored messaging and communication strategies.
  4. Create compelling and engaging content, including speeches, presentations, and articles, for executive communications.
  5. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance and counsel on communication strategies and messaging.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor communication strategies, and audience insights to inform and improve executive communication efforts.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including media outlets and industry influencers.
  8. Manage the budget and resources for the executive communications team, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in managing sensitive and confidential information.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve executive communication processes and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Corporate Communications, Preferably In The Technology Industry, With A Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Executive Communication Strategies.

  • Strong Writing And Storytelling Skills, With The Ability To Distill Complex Technical Information Into Compelling And Engaging Messaging For A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Proven Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Senior Executives, And The Ability To Effectively Counsel And Support Them In All Aspects Of Their Communication Needs.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously, While Meeting Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Leadership And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
