Job Description

Welcome to Intel! We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as the Executive Communications leader. In this role, you will use your exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset to shape and deliver the messaging and storytelling for our executive leadership.   1. Develop and implement executive communications strategies: The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans for the executive leadership team at Intel. This includes creating messaging frameworks, identifying key audiences, and determining the most effective communication channels.
  2. Craft compelling messaging and storytelling: The Executive Communications leader will be responsible for crafting messages and stories that effectively communicate the company's vision, mission, and goals to both internal and external audiences. This may include speeches, presentations, articles, and other forms of communication.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership: This role will involve working closely with the executive leadership team to understand their priorities, goals, and messaging needs. The Senior Manager will also provide guidance and support to help leaders effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  4. Manage cross-functional partnerships: The Senior Manager will collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, public relations, and human resources, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. This includes working with these teams to develop integrated communication plans and campaigns.
  5. Monitor and analyze communication trends: The Executive Communications leader will stay informed about communication trends, best practices, and industry developments. This will help inform and improve the company's communication strategies and tactics.
  6. Drive internal communication initiatives: In addition to external communication, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for driving internal communication initiatives. This may include employee newsletters, town hall meetings, and other internal communication channels.
  7. Manage budgets and resources: The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing budgets and resources related to executive communications, ensuring that projects are completed within allocated funds and resources.
  8. Oversee communication activities and projects: This role will involve overseeing the planning, development, and execution of communication projects and activities, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives.
  9. Lead and mentor a team: The Executive Communications leader will be responsible for managing and developing a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them grow and excel in their roles

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Communications Or Executive Communications Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Executive Communication Strategies And Plans.

  • Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
