  1. Manage complex programs and projects for Intel's Foundry Services team, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for all technical matters.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  6. Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing clear communication and direction to all stakeholders.
  8. Continuously improve and optimize project management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Mentor and guide more junior program managers on the team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions for customers.
  11. Manage customer expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  12. Represent Intel and the Foundry Services team in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Customer Technical Program Manager At Intel Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects Within Tight Deadlines. They Should Have The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Technical Background: An Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Foundry Services And Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes. They Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Concepts And Solutions Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
