  1. Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.
  2. Serve as a liaison between senior management and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  3. Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
  5. Coordinate and manage special projects and events, such as company meetings and conferences.
  6. Conduct research and gather information to assist senior leadership in decision making.
  7. Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Collaborate with other administrative partners and team members to ensure seamless support to senior leadership.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Administrative Support: A Senior Administrative Partner At Intel Should Have A Strong Background In Providing Administrative Support, Preferably In A Corporate Or Technology Environment. This Includes Managing Calendars, Organizing Meetings, And Handling Correspondence.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Role Of A Senior Administrative Partner Involves Interacting With Various Stakeholders Within The Company, Including Executives, Managers, And Other Support Staff. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Position.

  • Proven Project Management Abilities: Intel Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Company, And A Senior Administrative Partner Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines Effectively. This Requires Excellent Organizational And Prioritization Skills.

  • Familiarity With Technology: Intel Is A Technology Company, And The Senior Administrative Partner Should Be Familiar With Various Software Programs And Tools Used Within The Company. This Includes Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, And Collaboration Tools.

  • Proactive And Adaptable Mindset: A Senior Administrative Partner At Intel Should Be Able To Anticipate The Needs Of The Team And Take Proactive Steps To Support Them.
