Job Description

Intel is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to join our team and help drive success in our global sales organization. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the sales teams, as well as managing sales processes and business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sales operations, including forecasting, CRM administration, and analytics. They should have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the process and technology of sales operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a background in sales and marketing, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales operations strategies to maximize sales performance.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the sales process.
  3. Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate data is maintained.
  4. Perform forecasting and budgeting activities to ensure sales goals are met.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales operations initiatives.
  7. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against goals and objectives.
  8. Utilize analytics to drive insights and suggest strategies for improvement.
  9. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  10. Troubleshoot sales operations issues and provide support as needed.
