- Develop and implement sales and operations planning strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and other departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and operations plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to sales and operations teams to ensure understanding and compliance with planning methodologies.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Operations Planning (S&Op) Or Supply Chain Management.
Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Collaboration Between Sales, Operations, And Finance.
Knowledge Of S&Op Processes And Tools, Such As Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Capacity Planning.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
