  1. Develop and implement sales and operations planning strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and other departments.
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and operations plans.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to sales and operations teams to ensure understanding and compliance with planning methodologies.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the sales and operations processes.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in sales and operations planning to continuously enhance processes and strategies.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates, recommendations, and escalations.
  11. Train and mentor team members to improve their understanding and execution of sales and operations planning.

  13. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new tools and technologies to support sales and operations planning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Operations Planning (S&Op) Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Collaboration Between Sales, Operations, And Finance.

  • Knowledge Of S&Op Processes And Tools, Such As Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Capacity Planning.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
