  1. Design and develop high-quality RTL code for complex hardware systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of designs.
  3. Perform thorough verification and testing of RTL designs to ensure functionality and quality.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in RTL coding and verification.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot design issues, and propose and implement solutions.
  6. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
  7. Work closely with the physical design team to optimize performance, power, and area of designs.
  8. Document and communicate design specifications, requirements, and test plans.
  9. Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  10. Mentor and guide junior engineers in RTL coding and verification techniques.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their IPs into the design.
  13. Maintain a strong focus on quality and performance to deliver world-class products.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the design process.
  15. Participate in technology and product roadmap discussions, and contribute to the overall strategy of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Rtl Design And Verification Using Verilog Or Vhdl.

  • Experience With Industry-Standard Eda Tools, Such As Synopsys Or Cadence.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Asic/Fpga Design Flow, Including Synthesis, Timing Analysis, And Physical Implementation.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Designs.
