
Rewards Planning and Pay Equity Analyst
Intel Corporation is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Rewards Planning and Pay Equity Analyst to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to design and deliver best-in-class compensation and benefits strategies to ensure Intel’s long-term success. You should have a passion for driving data-driven decisions, and a commitment to creating a culture of fairness and equity. To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of the rewards landscape and be familiar with the principles of pay equity. You should also have experience working with large datasets and be comfortable with statistical analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide actionable solutions to complex challenges are essential. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
