Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis And Budgeting, Preferably In Real Estate And Facilities Management
Knowledge Of Real Estate And Facilities Expense Management, Including Lease Negotiations, Capital Budgeting, And Cost Analysis
