Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Engineering Roles, Preferably In The Semiconductor Or Computer Hardware Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Intel Products, Including Processors, Chipsets, And Platforms.
Experience In Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Effective Solutions To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
