At Intel, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Product Manager, Customer Success. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will need to have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects at once, and have a good understanding of customer experience.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of product management experience in a customer-facing role, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful product and service delivery to customers.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of customer experience and use this knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product and service delivery.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and use this to inform product development and service delivery.
  5. Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any customer-related issues.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  7. Utilize understanding of technology and software development life cycle to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Create and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  9. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
