- Lead the post-silicon execution of testchips to ensure successful product development and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to develop and implement test strategies.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues during product development and testing.
- Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to analyze test data and make informed decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve testing processes.
- Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and other teams.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in product development and testing.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely and effective testing processes.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion within given timelines.
- Adhere to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Product Development And Testing.
Strong Understanding Of Post-Silicon Validation Methodologies And Experience With Testchip Design.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Scripting Languages Such As Python.
Demonstrated Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Cross-Functional Team Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
