- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by managing and coordinating with suppliers.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses related to procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to procurement.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on procurement status.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
- Train and mentor team members on procurement processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in contract negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Manufacturing Industry
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Complex Procurement Projects And Contracts, Including Negotiating Terms And Conditions, Managing Supplier Relationships, And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Goods And Services
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Knowledge Of Sourcing Strategies, Cost Analysis, And Supplier Selection
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
