  1. Lead the DTCO (Design-Technology Co-Optimization) pathfinding efforts within Intel's Foundry Technology Development group.
  2. Utilize your technical expertise to drive innovation and push the boundaries of technology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies for product development.
  4. Act as a mentor and coach for junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  5. Research and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Manage and prioritize projects and resources to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  7. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement long-term plans and strategies for the company.
  8. Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks, providing creative solutions and troubleshooting as needed.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  10. Maintain a strong focus on quality and drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
  11. Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to product development and technology.
  12. Represent Intel and the DTCO team at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  13. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  14. Drive and support diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Intel by actively participating in company-wide initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field: A Principal Engineer For Dtco Pathfinding At Intel Must Have A Strong Educational Background In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field To Effectively Lead And Guide The Technology Development Team.

  • Extensive Experience In Design To Cost/Design For Manufacturability: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Design To Cost And Design For Manufacturability Processes, As Well As Experience In Implementing These Methodologies In A Foundry Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Intel's Foundry Technology Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Intel's Foundry Technology Development Process, Including The Latest Advancements And Trends In Semiconductor Technology.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Principal Engineer, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Experience In Driving Technology Development Projects: This Role Requires A Candidate With A Track Record Of Successfully Driving Technology Development Projects From Conception To Production. This Includes The Ability To Identify Potential Roadblocks And Develop Effective Strategies To Overcome Them.
