- Develop and maintain Process Design Kits (PDKs) for advanced semiconductor technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of PDKs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in PDK development processes.
- Utilize expertise in semiconductor process and device physics to optimize PDK performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with PDKs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate them into PDK development.
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation for PDKs and related processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve PDK usability and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain automation tools to streamline PDK development and validation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on PDK development goals.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in PDK development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards, in all aspects of PDK development.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Device Physics And Process Technology.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing Pdks For Semiconductor Design.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Pdk Development Tools And Methodologies.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
