  1. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of packaging technologies and processes to identify any potential quality or reliability issues.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality and reliability improvement initiatives.
  3. Develop and maintain quality standards and guidelines for packaging processes and materials.
  4. Monitor and track product quality and reliability metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations to resolve any quality or reliability issues that arise.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure their processes and materials meet our quality and reliability standards.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and trends in packaging technologies and processes to continuously improve our quality and reliability standards.
  8. Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and reliability.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about quality and reliability issues and resolutions.
  10. Train and mentor junior engineers on quality and reliability standards, processes, and best practices.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new packaging technologies and processes, ensuring quality and reliability considerations are integrated from the beginning.
  12. Take ownership of quality and reliability issues, driving them to resolution in a timely manner.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance product quality and reliability.
  14. Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance regulations and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field, With A Focus On Quality And Reliability.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Package Quality And Reliability Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Package Design And Assembly Processes, Including Experience With Advanced Packaging Technologies.

  • Proficiency In Reliability Testing And Failure Analysis Techniques, Such As Jedec Standards And Statistical Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
