- Monitor and maintain the global network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and status reports on network operations.
- Create and maintain documentation for network systems and processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large-Scale Operations Center.
Extensive Knowledge Of Network And System Monitoring Tools Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, Or Zabbix.
Experience With Incident Management And Troubleshooting Techniques, Including Root Cause Analysis.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
