- Develop and maintain cutting-edge manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process and equipment optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive continuous innovation.
- Monitor and analyze process and equipment performance data to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for process and equipment operation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all process and equipment activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process and equipment operation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process and equipment technology.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and select new equipment and technology.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on process and equipment performance and improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Process Engineering, Preferably In A High-Volume Manufacturing Environment.
Proficient In Equipment Troubleshooting And Maintenance, With A Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
Experience With Process Development And Optimization, Including Statistical Process Control (Spc) And Design Of Experiments (Doe).
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
