  1. Develop and maintain cutting-edge manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process and equipment optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive continuous innovation.
  4. Monitor and analyze process and equipment performance data to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for process and equipment operation.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all process and equipment activities.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process and equipment operation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process and equipment technology.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and select new equipment and technology.
  10. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on process and equipment performance and improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Process Engineering, Preferably In A High-Volume Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficient In Equipment Troubleshooting And Maintenance, With A Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Process Equipment.

  • Experience With Process Development And Optimization, Including Statistical Process Control (Spc) And Design Of Experiments (Doe).

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
