- Develop and maintain strong relationships with military and government customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Understand the needs and requirements of military and government customers and work with internal teams to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to drive customer success and achieve business objectives.

- Train and mentor other members of the customer management team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with Intel's military and government contracts and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to maintain relationships and support business objectives.
- Represent Intel at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services to military and government customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic account plans for key military and government customers.
- Manage and track customer contracts, ensuring timely renewal and successful execution.
