- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced products.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist with hands-on testing and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide input and contribute to process development strategies.
- Identify and implement process control measures to ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project progress and results.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in manufacturing and process development.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Chemical Engineering.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, Such As Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, And Statistical Process Control.
Familiarity With Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Engineering Tools.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Prior Internship Or Project Experience In A Manufacturing Or Process Development Role Is Preferred.
