  1. Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes by conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying areas for optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Conduct experiments and tests to validate process improvements and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Participate in process audits and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  6. Work closely with senior engineers and managers to understand project goals and timelines.
  7. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes.
  9. Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety protocols and guidelines.
  11. Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and seeking guidance when needed.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Intel, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical, Electrical Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Design For Manufacturability And Process Optimization.

  • Familiarity With Cad Software And Experience With 3D Modeling.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills.
